When will my order ship and when do I receive a tracking number?
All orders made before 2:00 PM PST are processed within 2 - 3 business days before being dispatched. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a notification of your order having been shipped, including tracking information.
When will my order arrive and how can I track my order?
It will take 5 - 13 business days for all orders to arrive in the United States and Canada.
Looking to track your order? When your Order ships out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from support@humblemod.com with your tracking number included in it. Once you receive the email, enter your tracking number below to easily check on your delivery status.
Things to Keep in Mind:
Order Numbers don’t instantly update with available Delivery Status. If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed - Your order has been shipped out and is in transit to the local post office. Tracking should be updating within a few business days.
If you see any irrelevant ads on the tracking popup, we are sincerely sorry. We use a third-party order tracking service to ensure the best tracking result so we have no way of controlling the ads shown on it.
What if I don't like my order?
We accept returns and have a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days after delivery of your order to request a return. If more than 15 days have gone by since you received your order, we cannot issue a refund. Here are the requirements and steps:
- Products can only be returned if they are new. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
- Valid Return Reasons
a) Buyer's remorse: If you have a change of mind and no longer wish to keep the items, you can request a return.
b) Defective or damaged products: If the product received is defective or damaged, you are eligible for a return or exchange. Products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
c) Incorrect item received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, you can request a return or exchange. - Request your Return Authorization Number by emailing support@humblemod.com with detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason as well as your Order Number. Upon approval you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
- To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. You are responsible for paying return shipping.
- Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 3 business days. There is no restocking fee for returns. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
