Here are the most commonly asked Questions & Answers. 

Q. Where do you ship from?
A. Our primary warehouse is in the United States and the majority of our products will be shipped from there.

Q. When will my order arrive?
A. It will take 5 - 13 business days from the shipping date for all orders to arrive for customers in the United States and Canada. Please note that delivery times vary based on factors such as shipping carrier, season and destination location.

Q. When will my order ship and when do I receive a tracking number?
A. All orders made before 2:00PM PST are processed within 2 - 3 business days before being dispatched. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a notification of your order having been shipped, including tracking information. You can then track your order via our Track Your Order page.

Q. Where can I place an order from?
A. You can place an order from the United States and Canada.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
A. We process all orders in USD. 

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 72 hours.

Q. Who can I contact if I have a problem with my order?

Q. Where are returns sent?
A. Request your Return Authorization Number by emailing support@humblemod.com with detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason as well as your Order Number. Upon approval you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return. Valid return reasons include:

a) Buyer's remorse: If you have a change of mind and no longer wish to keep the items, you can request a return.

b) Defective or damaged products: If the product received is defective or damaged, you are eligible for a return or exchange. Products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

c) Incorrect item received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, you can request a return or exchange.

Q. How can I pay?
A. We accept all major Credit Cards at Checkout: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Debit Cards (e.g. Maestro) are also supported.

Additionally, PayPal and other quick payment Methods like Apple Pay, ShopPay and Google Pay are accepted.

All transactions are encrypted and data is handled securely.

Q. Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?
A. All purchases here are safe and secure.

Q. If I enter my email address and accept your newsletters, will you sell my information?
A. We do not sell our customers' information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts. View our Privacy Policy for more information.

Q. Will I have to pay customs?
A. You will usually not have to pay any customs from orders going to Canada. No customs apply to domestic orders in the US.
