Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns and have a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days after delivery of your order to request a return. If more than 15 days have gone by since you received your order, we cannot issue a refund. Here are the requirements and steps:

  1. Products can only be returned if they are new. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
  2. Valid Return Reasons
    a) Buyer's remorse: If you have a change of mind and no longer wish to keep the items, you can request a return.
    b) Defective or damaged products: If the product received is defective or damaged, you are eligible for a return or exchange. Products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
    c) Incorrect item received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, you can request a return or exchange.
  3. Request your Return Authorization Number by emailing support@humblemod.com with detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason as well as your Order Number. Upon approval you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
  4. To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. You are responsible for paying return shipping. 
  5. Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 3 business days. There is no restocking fee for returns. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
